The mission of this community enhancement project is to build a permanent endowment in support of Tucker County Emergency Medical Services.

The geographic diversity of Tucker County combined with the low resident population and high volume of tourists presents a challenge for local Emergency Medical Services. Additional resources are needed to reduce response time and improve services and staffing.

A community foundation is a tax-exempt charitable organization that provides support—primarily for the needs of the community or region where it is based—from funds that it maintains and administers on behalf of multiple donors.

The Boulder Park project is a unique opportunity for Tucker Community Foundation to raise awareness and support for Tucker County EMS. Donors to the project have the option to designate a portion of their donation to go to the TC EMS Fund.
